YouTube Looper Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Chrome extension. We believe in transparency and want you to understand exactly what data is and isn't collected.

2 Information We Collect

Saved Loop Data

When you save loops, we store the video ID, start/end timestamps, and any custom names you assign. This data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.

User Preferences

Your settings such as keyboard shortcuts, default playback speed, and UI preferences are stored locally in your browser.

Pro Subscription (Optional)

If you upgrade to Pro, we store your email address and subscription status to verify your license. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

3 What We Don't Collect

We are committed to minimal data collection. We do NOT collect:

  • check_circle Personal information beyond subscription email
  • check_circle Video content or viewing patterns
  • check_circle Analytics or tracking data
  • check_circle Data from other websites you visit

4 Data Storage

All your loop data and preferences are stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API. Your data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (Pro feature).

If you enable cloud sync, your saved loops are encrypted and stored securely on our servers. You can delete your cloud data at any time from the extension settings.

5 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe - For secure payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Google Firebase - For authentication and cloud sync (Pro users only).

6 Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data - Export your saved loops from the extension settings
  • Delete your data - Clear all saved loops and preferences from the extension
  • Request deletion of cloud data - Contact us to remove your data from our servers
  • Opt out of cloud sync - Use the extension in local-only mode
