To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Productivity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the date above when changes are made.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Extension at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
